Might be cool if there is an eye in the logo or different size letters like an eye chart in the logo. Open for creative ideas that people think Eye doctor when they see the logo.

I do like the logo's with some type of eye design in it. It's important for the Eye part to stick out. The word National doesn't need to over power the designs.
