Ripple Enterprises is named after a Grateful Dead song with Taoist undertones about the way the universe works. I'm not some boring consultant that is going to show up in a suit and use a bunch of stupid business jargon. My passion is getting people excited about brands and showing the folks who run them how to amp up the excitement of their team and guests to build business. Consider showing ripple somehow coming out of a head or brain like the attached pic and the ripples are going to other people, or made out of other people. Lots of creative latitude here. I'd like the word Ripple to be prevalent and the word Enterprises to be much less noticeable so it feels like a groovy, fun business...not a soulless corporation.
