Company Intro：

I need a seal design for a legal parliament.

Instructions：

First, I don't necessarily need a name on the logo. I desire a seal that integrates Assyrian heritage with some type of iconography associated with justice (scales, etc.) or knowledge (burning flame, etc.) I would like the imagery to tell who we are rather than a logo name. Ashurbanipal was our greatest king. He represented a time of innovation and thirst for knowledge. He is featured in one of the photographs below. Integrating him somehow would be really great. As far as color scheme, I really love how the black and gold pops below. Or, if you wish to use the colors of our Assyrian flag (red, white, and blue) that is fine as well. Thank you!
