First thought is a hexagon of bones with a skull in the middle but willing to check out other creativity. Must contain a hexagon(s) and a skull.

I'm liking some of these...now that I've gotten to see the hexagon done in bones, let's try seeing it just as solid lines and put crossbones behind the skull inside it.
