Training program for college students

Instructions：

I am giving a free training to college students in India to develop their competitive mindset. The program is called FLY (FIND the Leader in You). The program is based on five pillars: Conscientiousness - Perseverance - Innovativeness - Initiative - Problem Solving. I like to have a logo that will be printed on a T-Shirt that the students will receive for free. The logo could be made of a creative FLY with or without the symbol of 5 pillars with or without the name of the 5 pillars. The logo will be printed in 1 color on dark blue T-Shirts.
