- We have a vendor that offers a HIPAA Seal of Compliance. I'm going to be using their seal of compliance in an advertisement. I need a similar seal design for a "HIPAA Seal of Complacence." Complacence is the OPPOSITE of Compliance, other than also being a seal, it should contrast from the Compliance Seal starkly - I'm thinking red. In the ad, we're saying that everyone deserves one of these two seals. That is to say, if you're not Compliant, you are Complacent.
