red/oranges - the product feels like you got slapped so we want a hand in the logo. We have a sister company that we want to mimic the logo of (see attached).

3. The flags are not absolutely necessary. If flags are included in the logo, the Haitian flag must represent about 60% of image. Again, this is not absolutely required.
4. Logo must be simple and clean 
5. Logo must include "HAU" or Haitian American United.
6. Logo can use the tagline as inspiration
7. Please try to make it unique

Would like the black and neon green theme. Nothing with a lawn mower in the logo. Would like something that looks premium. Nothing that looks too over the top, or a shield shape Preferably not a circle either.

The brand of my company is mainly Orange, yellow/gold, black & white.
Since this is for kids please use Bright multi pastel colors. light blue, orange, yellow, pink, light green & white. 
Can use a happy sun, a few music notes . Make it playful & colorful.
Or just the name by itself
