Explosive Breaching for SWAT at a Police Department
Instructions：
we would like to see something similar to the sketch I attached. The eagle needs to be holding one tool in each talon. I have attached pictures of the two tools. The American Flag in the background needs to be waving like it's flying in the wind. At the bottom point of the triangle we are looking to see an explosion and we would like to work a Christian Cross into the design. We would like to see it in the shape of a triangle with the point down, the word "BREACHER" on the top and the words "explosive, mechanical, thermal, ballistic" balanced on the other two sides. all words should be contained in a border around the design. The Halligan picture should show an open forked end opposite the pick and wedge end. Thank you.
