These are some other "cannon" logos that have the feel I am looking for. I don't need a face, but the cannon needs to pop out of the logo, not just be a piece of the background.

TOP 3 designers it is important that we accomplish the following things with your submissions:

1. More Modern Cannon. Think Sleek, surgical, powerful!

2. Incorporate the Disc of our sport, with motion if possible. In the foreground, background, however, yet it helps to identify who we are and who the fans will emulate.

3. Try a design that allows the words to be INSIDE of the cannon outline. Maybe with a disc in the background.

You have all worked so hard, I don't want this to go back to square one yet we are not going to settle as this is the image of our new professional sports team!
